My name is Banafsheh Nouraie, the owner of ParsaPastry. I have moved to Logan, Utah in 2012 and I am enjoying the beauty of this valley each day. My profession is baking Persian and international pastries, cookies and cakes. I also have compassion and experience in making Persian foods and international appetizers.
I have attended one of the most famous pastry institutes in Tehran named Banoo Vaziri Institute and graduated with a certificate in confectionary with the level of Excellence in 2010. In 2017, I received a food safety manager certification from The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
